Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Belleville well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Belleville team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Belleville, KS construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
